Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ironvalleysystems.com (the “Site”), operated by Iron Valley Systems LLC (“Iron Valley Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational purpose

The Site provides general information about our enterprise systems, NetSuite development, integration, automation, reporting, architecture, troubleshooting, and consulting services. Site content is not legal, accounting, tax, cybersecurity, or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice tailored to your situation.

No client relationship

Visiting the Site, sending an email, or submitting an inquiry does not create a consultant-client, fiduciary, confidential, or other professional relationship. An engagement begins only after Iron Valley Systems and the client sign a written agreement. Project scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality, intellectual property, warranties, and other engagement terms are governed by that separate agreement.

Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful informational and business-inquiry purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, submit unlawful or deceptive content, impersonate another person, or use automated means to scrape or overload the Site.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s design, text, graphics, branding, and other original content are owned by Iron Valley Systems or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for internal, noncommercial evaluation, but may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission.

Third-party names and services

References to NetSuite, Oracle, and other third-party products or marks are for identification and descriptive purposes only. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this Site states or implies an official partnership, endorsement, certification, or affiliation unless expressly identified in writing.

The Site may rely on or link to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, or privacy practices.

Site availability and accuracy

We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Valley Systems and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to use of or inability to use the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
